May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month - a celebration of Asians and Pacific Islanders in the United States. Here at M, we’re celebrating equity and inclusion with Meditation + Chop Suey. You get to watch an abstract from A Taste Of Home - a documentary feature featuring five of the oldest Chinese American food establishments in Seattle Chinatown-ID. And you get to taste the 80 year-old Chop Suey recipe featured in the film.
