Modern Mind Mornings

is a free bi-monthly mindfulness x meditation series designed for the modern mind. Every other month, we bring people together for meaningful experiences of mindfulness, meditation, and community. These experiences could include:

  • Guest lectures on a specific theme

  • Panel discussions around a current topic

  • Facilitated mindful activities

  • Guided meditations

These gatherings give participants the opportunity to connect with like-minded folks; as well as practice mindfulness and meditation in context—#IRL.

You’ll leave feeling (re)centered, inspired and energized, ready for your day, week, or even month ahead!
