APRIL’S THEME: THE POWER OF MINDFUL LEADERSHIP
“Beginner’s mind is informing me to step back, so that I can create what wants to be, not what was. I know that the future does not equal the past. I know that I have to be here in the moment.”
— Salesforce CEO, Marc Benioff, on how meditation informs how he leads

SPEAKER PANEL:
I know how suffering at work looks like. Having worked in the fast-paced and highly competitive companies such as Apple, Microsoft, and Facebook, I’ve directly experienced and observed up close the suffering from burnouts, and the sense of incongruent self at work. But I also know that it IS possible to have a healthier relationship to work and feel wholesome at workplaces—because I’ve tried and proved it myself. I’d like to offer my experiences, trainings, and wisdom from Compassion and Mindfulness to relieve suffering and enable everyone to be more human at workplaces. It IS possible.
