It's mid-year. Let's take a moment to re-visit our 2021 intentions set at the beginning of the year.
What was your commitment to yourself?
Freedom. Vitality. Expansion. Hope. Inspired. Home.
Perhaps this question brought a smile to your face because you realized how much you have grown since the beginning of the year. Perhaps this question kicked up some self-judgment, frustration and anxiety around procrastination or not being further along than you would like. Perhaps you couldn't remember what was that commitment you made to yourself 157 days ago.
It is all ok.
Achieving a goal does not happen in a linear fashion either.
More often than not, you'd feel like you took one step forward, few steps back, and then some steps sideways.
What is important is we keep moving forward, at a pace that is helpful to us.
This is why we set up this workshop.
