Reward yourself for a week well done with modern meditation experts, Tay & Val, as you reconnect, restore, and renew with M 101 sessions at The Riveter.
Your session begins with a mindful tuning in practice to connect deeper within. This is followed by a guided meditation practice that helps you restore personal sense of well-being. Leave renewed from the inside out - ready, for well, anything. ;)
Leave your hurries and worries at the door and come sit with us. Center your mind, nourish your body, and connect within (+ with a like-vibed community).
